This bear was seen hauling a log in the forest. My painting is based on someone else’s photo but no credit was available.  Since I take hikes in northern Michigan forests every chance I get,  I saw this as a special picture,  one that I wanted to spend some time with. I added forest floor detail and another viewer hidden in the trees. I hope this will appeal to any forest lover. The painting is 16″ x 20″, oil on canvas. I will sell it for $280 unframed. I can have it framed for a total of $380.
